Who We Are

EMClarity P/L was established in 2010 when EM Solutions P/L created a separate business entity to focus on the Australian Microwave Link market. EM Solutions holds a majority share in EMClarity along with other individual shareholders.

The Board of EMClarity P/L comprises Dr John Ness – Chair, Dr Rowan Gilmore - Director and Dr Richard Harris – Director.

EMClarity’s Management team includes Dr Peter Baines - General Manager, David White - Head of Operations, Jamie Dougall - Chief Engineer, and John Hofman - Manager Customer Systems Support.

The EMClarity team provides microwave network design and construction services across Australia and internationally from our base in Tennyson, Brisbane.
